• Navigation to Isla Magdalena operates from October 1st to March 31st.
• Check-in for passengers in tourist cabin is 1 hour before departure at the Main Gate of Arturo Prat Dock in Punta Arenas.
• The pick-up for passengers in Plus Cabin AM is between 07:00 and 07:45 hrs. Plus Cabin PM; between 13:30 and 14:15 hrs.
• Navigation is subject to weather conditions and a minimum number of passengers.
• Turismo Lago Grey reserves the right to suspend navigation even during check-in time if weather conditions change suddenly.
• If the navigation is not confirmed due to the minimum number of passengers or is canceled due to weather conditions, you will be refunded the full amount within 7 to 10 business days.
• Turismo Lago Grey is not responsible for extra expenses incurred in case of navigation cancellation or for services involving other companies.
